Live On!: Mind My Mind by TOUCH Community Services is designed to promote mental wellness among youths and improve communication between them and their caregivers. It provides a safe place for youths to share their thoughts and emotions, track their progress, connect with their guardian angels and receive professional support.
Caregivers can also track the progress of the youths to understand them better and provide support where necessary.
